Beginning at 7pm, guests will be welcomed with cocktails and canapés on the Mosaico terrace, setting the tone for an exceptional night. They will then be escorted to their chosen restaurant to indulge in a phenomenal New Year’s Eve dinner, before continuing the celebrations at the vibrant after-party by the resort’s scenic Central Pool.

Offering a variety of options, guests can choose from a decadent five-course Italian menu at Vanitas, a lavish international buffet at Giardino, or the rich Persian flavours of an indulgent five-course sharing menu at Enigma. RETRO REWIND THEMED NEW YEAR’S EVE AFTER-DINNER PARTY AT THE CENTRAL POOL

No New Year's Eve celebration is truly complete without after-dinner party festivities. Following the indulgence of meticulously prepared New Year’s Eve dinners, guests are welcomed to the Central Pool's after-party, where a diverse range of entertainment awaits, highlighting fantastic dance performances, live shows, and one of the most dazzling firework displays in Dubai. Guests with New Year’s Eve dinner reservations at Giardino, Enigma or Vanitas can enjoy complimentary access to the after-party, while guests without a dinner reservation can join the celebration for AED 1,999 per person from 11pm onwards.
