Palazzo Versace Dubai announces David Davis new resident act at Q’s Bar and Lounge

A new act has arrived at Q’s Bar & Lounge: David Davis a soulful, vocal powerhouse and expert showman who will be hosting guests from January 22nd to May 2nd.

Chicago- born and surrounded by eight siblings, he captured attention by belting out Motown classics, performing in church and always finding his way to a stage. He perfected his piano and performance skills whilst studying in the nationally renowned Belmont University music program, drawing inspiration from the likes of Stevie Wonder, Donny Hathaway, and India Arie.

David has recorded with legendary producers, from RedOne (Lady Gaga, Nicki Minaj, Jennifer Lopez, One Direction) to Aaron Sprinkle (One Republic, Eisley). Garnering a wide range of awards and reviews, to songs being featured on hit TV shows this soulful artist has only just begun to show what he has to offer.

The inspiring artist has also played at sold-out clubs and festivals, both as the headliner and as an opening act for the likes of Jon Bellion and John – Legend. His Voice, arrangements, and productions have been featured on chart-top records, commercials for major brands and networks, as well as across hundreds of stages internationally. These stages most recently include the 64th Primetime Emmy Awards Governor’s Ball and a London debut at Ronnie Scott’s Jazz Club.

In addition to all his success, David has launched his debut album, “The Long & Short of it” is now available on all streaming platforms.

David will perform at Palazzo Versace’s fully soundproofed, all around leather interior jazz lounge, Q’s Bar. Q’s Bar & Lounge offers high-quality comfort food with a wide selection of rare and fine beverages.

Q’s Bar and Lounge is open from Tuesday – Saturday from 19.00pm – 02.00am

Performance timings:
Tuesday to Friday 9pm – 10pm | 10.30pm – 11.30pm | 12pm – 1am
Saturdays from 8pm – 12midnight

*A minimum spend of AED 350 per person applies on Thursdays and Fridays.
