VANITAS 西西里之夜

逢周二晚， Vanitas 意大利餐厅将为您呈现地中海风情满满的主题之夜 -- Fly me to Sicily 西西里之夜。

Inspired by the roots of Vanitas’ chef de cuisine Paolo Gionfriddo and restaurant manager Massimo Fonte, the night will feature the most authentic Sicilian traditions and lifestyle complemented by culinary treats and delicacies from their homeland, including handcrafted ‘arancini’, the rustic yet exquisite ‘casarecce pasta with red prawns’, as well as the famous Sicilian ‘sea urchin spaghetti’ and ‘cannoli’ for dessert.

Guests can then let the evening unfold over handcrafted cocktails and freshly made limoncello, while grooving to live Italian tunes from our resident DJ and trumpeter.

Timing: Every Tuesday, from 7pm to 11pm
