Spa Attendant

SCOPE

The Spa Attendant operates and works in accordance with standards prescribed in the Spa Manual - to welcome guests to the Spa area and assist them prior to and after their treatments.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Check and set up the daily operations of the male/female spa according to PVD standards.
  • Replenish all necessary items in male/female spa promptly.
  • Greet the guest upon entering the male/female spa.
  • Maintain the water in the male/female spa areas.
  • Provide service promptly, courteously and accurately.
  • Prepares request, collect stock and supplies in accordance with minimum stock levels.
  • Evaluate the operations and procedures, and suggest improvements to the Assistant Spa Manager/Head Attendant.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the spa and own treatment room.
  • Ensure all equipment is well maintained and in safe condition
  • Handle all guest complaints and record all guest comments.
  • Report any breakage, damage & loss to the Team Leaders.

Spa Receptionist

SCOPE

The Spa Receptionist ensures all guests are served and cared for through efficient operation of the reception desk, and to ensure they are fully informed of all services and products available at the PVD Spa.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide courteous and professional service at all times.
  • Welcome guests, greet guests and members, explain and up sell the facilities and services available.
  • Schedule reservations of spa services for guests and coordinate staff schedule to ensure prompt service.
  • Assist with administration duties: filing, products supply inventory and other duties required to support management and operations.
  • Reports all problems and or complaints related to the spa.
  • Liaise with all related departments confirm reservations, process engineering requests and maintain cleanliness.
  • Understand all current activities & promotions within the Spa & Hotel.
  • Maintain daily operations, including opening, operating and closing procedures.

SCOPE

The Female Spa Therapist operates and works in accordance with standards prescribed in the Spa Manual - to welcome guests to the Spa area and assist them prior to and after their treatments.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform professional services according to standards with attention to detail and in a prompt timely manner.
  • Advise guests of spa service programs, treatments and products available at the spa.
  • Assist in promoting spa & body care products to guests and offer full product knowledge.
  • To request, collect stock and supplies in accordance with minimum stock levels.
  • Ensure all treatment rooms are fully set up before beginning a treatment according to standards and procedures.
  • Communicate through appropriate guest cards any guest related matters, products or equipment needs, technical service requests, etc.
  • Assist in keeping accurate written records of treatments and products used in view of repeat guests.
